So... there was this one time I made an inflatable bear.

The entire thing was cut from 200-foot-long sheets of 4 ply plastic tarp. The different sections were taped together with standard packing tape.

For the design, I unstitched a small teddy bear, traced the pieces on graph paper, then transposed those shapes onto a massive 10x10 grid where I then traced out the large shapes on plastic.

The entire structure could be inflated with a single box fan.
